With over 2 decades of experience as a licensed psychologist, my approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in evidence-based, wholistic care.
I primarily work with children (8+), adolescents, young adults, and parents navigating complex developmental, emotional, or behavioral needs, including anxiety, OCD, trauma, neurodivergence, depression, and mental and medical health complexities. I help individuals and families understand strengths, navigate challenges, and build effective strategies.
I also provide parenting support, helping parents navigate emotional & behavioral challenges. I strive to create a space that is affirming, inclusive, compassionate, and psychologically safe.
