I will tailor your individual therapy to your specific concerns and will help you will learn effective ways to overcome life's challenges, increase your self-esteem, and manage stress and anger. I have had much success with the use of EMDR with clients.
I help my clients in three ways: First, by exploring the problem and understanding its origin. Second, by teaching clients practical reliable skills to use outside therapy in order to live a more productive and satisfying life and to maintain enduring change. Finally, through patient-therapist collaboration.
I have extensive experience working with police officers and military personnel and have helped many men and women who have endured traumatic events tap into their inner resource and strength.
