About
Is your relationship suffering because your and your partner don't agree on how to parent your children? You're not alone! That's a common disagreement between parents. I've been helping families overcome these conflicts for over 20 years. In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am also a seasoned parent. I'm able to blend my extensive training and education with real life experiences in the ever-changing journey of parenting.
I use a Solution-Focused approach to help clients define goals for counseling. Within this context, I also use Cognitive Behavioral interventions (CBT) and Family Systems theory to guide my work. I help families recognize and build on the strengths, abilities and talents they already possess, to achieve their desired outcome.
If you need help improving your parenting strategies, please call, text or email me today. I will help you evaluate what's working, decide what isn't working and develop a personalized plan for your family.
