Improve communication, better understand yourself, and build a foundation of love and respect for yourself and others. I work with clients going through separation or divorce, trauma, bullying, sexual assault, sexual desires, emotional abuse, physical abuse, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and body dysmorphia.
My mission in the therapy room is to help you build a better relationship with yourself and others in order to improve your mental wellness and find joy in your world. I have helped individuals, couples, children and adolescents manage their struggles since 2020 by providing compassion, direct feedback, education, and authenticity to the relationship.
I will appear as a person and walk into the room next to you. I work hard to build a rapport with you that will allow you to be vulnerable with me, allow me to challenge you when required, allow us to laugh at everyday things, and even allow us to suffer together. It's okay to feel and act a little disorganized, in my opinion. Life is a mess!
