Hi, I'm Anastasia. I help individuals and couples navigating life’s painful questions using a blend of EFT and EMDR. I am currently accepting new clients! Maybe you're feeling stuck around an issue that’s been bothering you. Or you’re noticing more distance in your relationship. Perhaps there is a major life change happening—a breakup, a move, a job shift, becoming an empty nester—and you need some help making sense of it. You feel lost, numb, overwhelmed, or just… not like yourself. Together, we can create some space to process and get curious about what you're experiencing.
I often work with individuals who are in the thick of a transition, processing relational pain, or simply ready to look inward and do some honest, meaningful reflection, as well as couples trying to reconnect after distance, hurt, or feeling drained after the same old arguments. I use a blend of EFT and EMDR, depending on your needs.
