I understand the unique challenges that women and LGBTQIA+ individuals often face, and I offer care that’s personalized, inclusive, and grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect for your story. Together, we’ll explore what feels heavy, uncover what’s been holding you back, and work toward a steadier, balanced, and more peaceful sense of self.
For women, I recognize how complex and overwhelming life can be; fertility struggles, pregnancy, postpartum changes, and perimenopause, and chronic health issues like PCOS and endometriosis. These experiences, along with grief, trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges, can deeply affect your sense of self and emotional well-being.
For LGBTQIA+ individuals, I offer an affirming, validating space to explore identity, relationships, and the impact of living in a world that doesn’t always understand. For neurodivergent clients, I provide a strengths-based approach that honors how your mind works. We’ll laugh, find lightness amid the hard stuff, and create space for healing and growth.
