I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a central part of healing. My style is warm, relational, and approachable, with extra focus on emotional safety, connection, compassion, and trust. Many of the struggles we face in our adult lives are rooted in early attachment experiences, especially when we did not feel consistently seen, cared for, protected, or understood. I work collaboratively with clients to explore how early experiences shaped core beliefs, nervous system responses, and patterns in perception, relationships, communication, and self-worth.
For women, I recognize how complex and overwhelming the following can be: fertility struggles, pregnancy, postpartum changes, parenting, perimenopause, and chronic health issues like PMOS (formerly PCOS) and endometriosis. These experiences, along with grief, trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges, can deeply affect your life and emotional well-being.
For LGBTQIA+ individuals, I offer an affirming, validating space to explore identity, relationships, and the impact of not being understood or accepted. For neurodivergent clients, I provide a strengths-based approach that honors how your mind works. In our work together, we will share moments of humor and make room for healing.
