I work with individuals, families, and couples. I approach therapy as a collaborative practice that takes into account your unique self. I utilize a holistic, trauma-informed systemic approach to therapy. I strive to treat everyone with respect and to co-create an environment where trust can flourish, and you feel safe expressing yourself. I have an empathetic nature. I aim to work from a place of curiosity and non-judgment. I hope to help you make changes in your life by focusing on your strengths and coping skills. I aim to help you on your journey of growth and healing as you become more connected with your mind and body.
I am passionate about working with immigrants, members of the BIPOC community, as well as people who hold marginalized identities, LGBTQ+, and their families. I specialize in treating Anxiety, Depression and Trauma / PTSD. I work with clients on creating boundaries, especially within family relationships, at work, and in family business.
I work with clients of all ages. My degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy, so I take into account not only the individual client, but also the systems that affect their lives.
