Hello, my name is Anamile Idalia Guerra. I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), fluent in both English and Spanish. Supervised by Jennifer Gonzalez and Amanda Varnon. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UTRGV and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from USW. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, as it takes courage to take the first step toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. My commitment is to provide you with a safe, confidential, and genuinely supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear or judgment.
My approach to counseling is rooted in person-centered therapy, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other life challenges, we can work together to develop coping strategies and foster lasting change.
I have experience working with children ages five and up, teenagers, adults, older adults, and couples. I offer virtual sessions for adults on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Psykhe Incorporated.
