I also help adolescents struggling with sports-related stress, performance pressure, injury, frustration, and burnout. In addition, I provide trauma-informed, affirming support for LGBTQ+ clients coping with rejection, emotional pain, and identity-related stress. My work focuses on insight, emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful healing.

I help teens, adults, elders, individuals, and couples facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and marital challenges, identity concerns, and life transitions. I also support sports-related stress in adolescents and provide trauma-informed, affirming care for LGBTQ+ clients.
