My approach integrates elements from Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I specialize first and foremost in a Person-Centered approach to therapy, which places the individual needs of the client at the core of each session. By nurturing self-discovery, I work collaboratively with clients to empower them to become the experts of their own lives while exploring new ways of thinking and gaining new insights.
