As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my practice encompasses a diverse range of client needs and experiences. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I provide support and guidance to individuals navigating life's challenges. Drawing from evidence-based practices and a deep understanding of trauma, identity, and neurodiversity, I work collaboratively with clients to cultivate healing, resilience, and empowerment. My mission is to create a safe and affirming space where individuals can explore their concerns, develop coping strategies, and embark on their journey toward personal growth and fulfillment.
In addition to working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, or difficult life transitions, I also have extensive experience serving survivors of trauma, LGBTQ individuals, and individuals learning to live with ADHD. I use an eclectic approach to help tailor each client's experience in therapy to fit their needs.
