I want to partner with you and help you create tools you can use throughout your journey. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is based on mutual respect. My approach to therapy focuses on a person-centered view with a wide range of approaches to best serve each person.
My passion areas of specialties are: Postpartum/ infertility, Abuse Recovery, Religious Trauma, medical trauma, LGBTQIA+, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, women’s issues, and life transitions. I am, also, a Certified Child Life Specialist (use play, education, and distraction, to foster growth and coping skills in difficult environments).
I acknowledge that counseling can be an uncomfortable process that often involves exploration into potentially painful emotions.
