As a relational therapist working with couples, relationships, and individuals, I specialize in fostering healthy, authentic connections. Whether you are navigating conflict and communication issues in your relationship or overwhelmed by people-pleasing and self-doubt, I can help. You might be struggling to express yourself or constantly overextending to meet others’ needs. This can lead to burnout, resentment, and disconnection. Together, we’ll explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion so you can communicate more effectively and feel grounded, resourced, and fulfilled in your relationships and yourself.

With 18+ years in the field, I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect to your healing process. I help you explore disconnection, low self-worth, and unhelpful relationship patterns with compassion. Together, we build insight, strengthen communication, and create space for all parts of you to be seen. I also offer LGBTQIA+ affirming Premarital Counseling.

Outside of work, I love hanging with my kids, reading, and exploring nature. Clients often say they feel calmer, more empowered, and truly seen in our work. I bring a decolonizing, anti-racist, feminist, trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent affirming lens to therapy.
