I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in community mental health, working with individuals from many different backgrounds and life experiences. Born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I’m honored to serve the community that has helped shape me. I work with individuals ages 16 and up.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, grief, stress, life transitions, substance use, relationships, identity exploration, neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I am patient, with a grounding supportive presence. My approach is strengths-based, compassion-focused, and tailored to your unique needs using evidence-based practices.
