working with government agencies, adolescents, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, & substance abuse. When I'm not doing therapy, I spend most of my time being active & playing with my dobermans. I would love to help you or your family navigate difficult times. We will focus on rapport building to ensure you feel as comfortable as
possible talking about uncomfortable things and go at your pace so you are never rushed or pressured into divulging right away! With children, rapport is essential to help them communicate their thoughts and feelings.
