I am Analecia Nickel, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), private practice owner, and nonprofit Executive Director of Fur & Feelings. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and relationship concerns. My work integrates somatic therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness-based practices. I offer trauma-informed, client-centered therapy that prioritizes safety, pacing, and helping clients build self-trust and sustainable emotional regulation.
I provide a nonjudgmental, compassionate space to explore difficult emotions, heal from past experiences, and strengthen communication. I am LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally sensitive, and committed to helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves and move through life feeling more grounded, supported, and aligned.
