Anxiety, depression and trauma have a ripple effect throughout your whole life and can manifest themselves in perfectionism, overscheduling and difficulties navigating intimacy. I specialize in working with adults with a history of sexual and gender based violence with a focus on navigating daily life, relationships and boundaries to improve overall quality of life. I offer a safe space to explore sexuality, intimacy and pleasure.
I provide individual and relationship therapy and am kink, polyam, sex worker and LGBTQAI+ allied. I utilize a trauma informed approach and empower clients to be the expert of their own experience. My role is to provide the tools and support needed to reach collaboratively set goals. I am currently completing my AASECT sex therapy certificate.
