Accepting clients for March 2026! I work with entrepreneurs, creatives, spiritual and high performing adults,teens,couples with neurodivergence, a trauma history and relationship challenges. We interrupt relationship patterns that don't benefit. Many of my clients are low/ no contact with family of origin. If talk therapy hasn't helped you fulfill your goals then my approaches might. I offer intensive therapy sessions which are helpful because clients can do a lot of processing in a short time. This is a great option for busy people or someone who has had a disruption.

I’m a holistic therapist who uses earth based modalities, IFS, EFT, Gottman, EMDR, DBT, somatic practices and family systems. I use out of the box interventions! I see my clients as whole people, no cookie cutter approaches. I help clients develop empowerment, self trust and a deep connection to self. We spend time on building insight for expansion.
I teach clients how to have self compassion and better insight into their patterns to lead a calmer, more present life. I offer a gentle yet direct approach to build safety and trust in the relationship.

Repattern Womens Circle
This is a group for women who have noticed a pattern in relationships that has been destructive. There may be a pattern of emotionally unavailable partners. This is a group for individuals who want to interrupt this dynamic. Repattern helps with all relationships (family, money, friendships, work). I have observed that many of us were never taught how to be in relationship so this group can be a corrective experience and provide the new template. Many of the people in this group are low/no contact with family so there may be some processing around this. There is screening to join this group.
