Pre-teens through Elders who experience concerns and need support to develop personal resilience, self-awareness, help in grief processing, stress/anxiety management and tolerance, communication, problem solving & decision-making, life transitions, and relationship management are my clientele! Lastly, Pre-Licensed GA individuals are welcomed into an ethically focused Supervision of understanding & transparency.
From a Narrative model, I offer encouraging compassion & patience to help you tell your story, to narrate your path, thereby nurturing your courage to rewrite your narrative of strength. I employ evidence-based practices for tele-mental health: e.g., Talk-Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT/DBT, Solution-Focused, and Reality Therapy.
