Navigating womanhood, as early as teen years, can feel overwhelming at times. Between academics, relationships, family pressures, identity development and life transitions, it’s easy to feel misunderstood, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where women can feel safe being themselves while learning healthy ways to cope, grow, and heal. Together, we work to build confidence, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships. With five years of working with families, I believe all clients are meant to thrive, not just survive mental health challenges.
My approach to mental health includes the importance of building a therapeutic relationship first. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, parent- child relationship issues, stress, adjustment issues, emotional dysregulation, personality disorders, level one autism and victimization of abuse.
