I work with communication breakdowns, repairing trust, life transitions, and diverse relationship structures. I bring a strong sense of intuition to my work, which helps me attune to what may be hard to articulate. I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, & grief. My approach is warm, collaborative, & direct. I offer psychedelic preparation/integration & therapy intensives - ketamine can augment & support healing & change in profound ways. My aim is to help you create more honest and alive relationships.
I've been a therapist for 10 years in various settings, & I've also experienced being a patient in different kinds of therapies. I know how important it is that your therapist feels easy to talk to. As an immigrant, I know how important it is that therapy feel welcoming and supportive of your intersecting and varied experiences.
