I've been a therapist for 8 years in various settings, and I've also experienced being a patient in different kinds of therapies since a young age. I've worked through feelings of overwhelm, dissociation and disconnection, and I know how important it is that your therapist makes therapy as comfortable as it can be.

I often laugh with my clients - levity helps balance the work we're putting in together. I support people in all kinds of relationship structures. I believe in the power of harm reduction; sobriety doesn't work for everyone. I love to help people feel more spiritually connected and community-oriented.
