Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, we gently slow things down, increase emotional awareness, and get to the root of what’s driving the anxiety so real and lasting healing can take place.
Together, we work to understand emotions, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress, relationships, and life transitions. My practice is Christian-centered and integrates faith with emotional health. Prayer may be included upon request, always with care and respect for your values.
