Hello, I am Anabel. Do you feel overwhelmed with navigating the transition in being the person you wish to be? I help productive and lively people learn to manage their anxiety as well as find meaning and purpose in their lives. Together we can work toward identifying what doesn't belong in your life to get you to a place where you want to be. Where you can begin to feel like enjoying your life.
We will use a wholistic approach in addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. We will work with where you are and deconstruct or build on what is already working for you. I can integrate Christianity and your belief in God if this is something that works for you.
In our sessions together, I will meet you with compassion, supportive, strength based and solution focused therapy techniques so you can identify the habits and obstacles holding you back and learn new skills to live the life you would like.
