Anastacia (Ana) Winter is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor and is EMDR certified. She received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University in 2019. Ana therapeutically supports adults, adolescents, and children 10 and older who are facing various presenting challenges. She specializes in trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues/co-dependent relationship patterns, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), life transitions, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and is an LGBTQ + ally.
I am Certified in Eye-Movement-Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also specialize and utilize a variety of techniques including: dream tending, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, somatic therapy, art therapy, play therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and operate from a Jungian/Depth perspective.
I believe that tending to the soul and the “humanness” of each person allows them to develop compassion and curiosity in their healing journey instead of judgement. I utilize a variety of modalities in order to provide the best care for each client to create unique and individualized care.
