Counseling is an opportunity to feel heard, understood, accepted and valued while sharing your intimate thoughts and feelings without being judged. Counseling is the process of having a guide while working through exploration, growth and healing. My greatest joy comes from working with highly stressed individuals and watch them flourish and feel comfortable in their own skin.

You will increase your ability to be more present and self-compassionate. You will also learn to quiet that harsh inner voice that increases your anxiety. I know that you will feel comfortable with me and enter into a space where you will be able to tap into your inner strength and wisdom.
