I'm Dr. Ana Guadalupe Reyes, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Counselor, Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, and Certified Humanistic Sandtray Therapist in Texas. As a counselor, I compassionately accompany people through painful moments in their life, supporting them in moving through their emotions as they come. I center my work around the liberation and healing of marginalized and racialized folx - mainly immigrants, queer and trans siblings, and Black and Latinx folx. My areas of focus include sexual identity, gender identity, spiritual/transpersonal issues, anxiety, and trauma, amongst others.
I strive to co-create an experiential, relational, reflective, client-centered, intersectional, and compassionate space in our sessions. I believe that healing and growth happen through experiences that allow us to see ourselves, others, and the world differently, particularly experiences that create awareness and present different possibilities.
I value our therapeutic relationship and use dialogue, awareness, and experiments to create a safe and sacred space to facilitate your exploration, healing, and growth.
