Psychotherapy Group for Adults

This group is a long-term interpersonal process group for adults of various identities and backgrounds presenting with a range of issues. The group is experiential and here-and-now oriented, meaning that members react to each other and the transformation happens in real time. In group, members learn about themselves within the context of relationships and have the potential to transform the way they relate to others in order to feel more connected to ourselves and our communities. Current groups are: Monday 10:30am, Monday 12:00pm, Tuesday 12:00pm, Wednesday 5:00pm, Thursday 1:15pm .... (duration: 75 minutes).
