I am a Christian Counselor and specialize in assisting individuals who are seeking healing and restoration from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociation; anxiety and depression; low self-worth and struggles with shame; difficulty in relationships in personal life and/or at work; feeling disconnected from self, others, and/or God; issues with spirituality; feeling stuck in life; physical symptoms that do not have a medical explanation; flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, and being frequently triggered; and other.
I have Clinical Trauma Professional certification, level 2 (CCTP II), and have completed advanced EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy training— all with a neuroscience informed approach. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College Graduate School, and bachelor’s degree in Counseling from Moody Bible Institute
The reason I became a counselor was to help those who desire a "life in abundance" but struggle to overcome hindrances despite their best efforts!
