My approach centers the connection between identity, culture, and the nervous system. I integrate somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, parts work, and systems perspectives to help clients understand protective patterns, reconnect with their bodies, and move toward ways of living that feel more authentic and self-aligned.
