When it comes to PTSD and trauma, I use somatic practices, EMDR Flash Technique, art therapy and attachment theory.
When treating OCD and anxiety, I use ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Working with relationships, I use approaches related to somatic therapies, EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy) and Gottman’s Method.
