People who sense that what's happening in their life is connected to something older, something deeper, and who want to understand that, not just manage around it.
I draw from EMDR, somatic awareness, attachment theory, and psychodynamic thinking. Not as a formula, but as a set of lenses to understand what lives beneath the surface. EMDR is especially powerful here: it helps you access what's been stored in your body long after the events themselves.
