I do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy, and I cater each approach to the individual’s needs and goals by working together to review your history through the attachment theory lens. I believe that a lot of one’s struggles stem from ruptures in attachment and unresolved trauma that eventually leads to a dysregulated nervous system.
I have experience working with complex trauma and anxiety disorders, and I am trained in CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
