As a queer Latina myself, I believe in the importance of bringing an anti-oppressive and Liberation-focused lens to all of my work and creating a comfortable space for you to fully be yourself. I provide a collaborative approach that includes working with and changing thinking patterns, as well as somatic techniques, to bring relief to both body and mind.
