I am a dynamic, bilingual (Spanish) therapist with over a decade of experience working with families and adolescents. I strongly believe in meeting people where they are in their mental health journey and have experience restoring both individuals and families. I approach all clients with compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental, whole-person approach to therapy. I work within the protocols of CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy. But care does not end with the session. I believe in providing exercises and opportunities for practice during the time between our sessions.

I am patient, yet clear and driven by clients' unique needs. My journey into the mental health field started when I was a high school student, facing the inherent challenges associated with working with an at-risk youth population. Over several years, my interest grew in working with the same population from a mental health standpoint.
