Given the chaos that seems to surround us 24/7, I can understand why so many of us are struggling with fear, regret, anger, and resentment. I also believe that even if we feel like we’re stuck repeating the same painful patterns or behaviors, it’s possible to change, it’s possible to resolve past hurt, it’s possible to enjoy life again.

My approach to therapy includes advanced techniques based on scientific evidence. However, I'm not solely reliant on book-learning. Like you, I’ve been through both good and bad experiences. Merging training + experience allows me to create a nonjudgmental, compassionate space where people can transform their lives via personal growth and intentional living.

Life’s challenges can feel heavy, or even impossible to deal with.
