My work with families has involved encouraging accountability instead of shame, to sustain healthier parent-child dynamics.
Practicing as a systemic therapist for the past 8 years, has allowed me to recognize the pivotal role healthy connections play in creating a fulfilling life. In order to strengthen these connections, I work collaboratively with my clients to tailor treatment to their unique needs by primarily utilizing CBT, EFT, mindfulness and attachment-based techniques.
