Life does not always end up where you think it will. We have grand plans when we are young but there are so many paths in life. If your path seems hard right now, or you are at a fork and not sure which way to turn, or you feel all alone and in the dark, I can help you find the path that makes sense for you. Focusing on how you want your life to look and how to get there takes some time, but it is worth it for yourself, those who love you, and your future.
Working with people to help them find balance in their life is my favorite. The daily grind will always be there but changing your view of what your struggles say about you and improving your self-talk- that we can work on. I can help you process your frustrations, anxiety, and all the changes in your life that seem out of your control.
No one is perfect. When we let society put expectations on us, we lose what makes us unique. We can "should" ourselves to death trying to find the "right" answer.
