In my psychotherapy practice I help clients know and understand themselves better and become experts at their own story. The experience of seeing our story fully can be uncomfortable because we may not like what we see. But with compassion and empathy I walk through that process with each client to courageously see their life and identify the ways they want to change. We work together at the clients pace to grow and break out of the cycles that keep them stuck in order to experience breakthrough and healing.
I provide therapy in English and Spanish for children, adolescents and adults with Anxiety, OCD or Trauma related disorders and employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to address the concerns that clients care about most.
