I utilize a person-centered approach where therapist and client develop a strong collaborative relationship and sessions are tailored to each client’s needs. I seek to provide a holistic, systemic, therapeutic experience by creatively utilizing evidence-based orientations like CBT, Internal Family Systems, Play therapy, DBT, Gottman and EFT.
