Suddenly feeling unlike yourself or realizing you don’t know who you are can be painful and confusing. Hiding parts of yourself only adds to the struggle. If you’re grappling with fear, feeling stuck, or barely holding it together, learning to manage the challenges and and mend what’s been hurting you can become an opportunity for growth and lead you on a new and unexpected path.
My areas of focus include but are not limited to: anxiety, OCD, sexual concerns, identity confusion, fear, and PTSD
It is important to me that you feel comfortable in the therapy space to be yourself and that this is defined by you. I engage in LGBTQIA affirmative therapy and also work affirmatively with individuals in all expressions of romantic/sexual relationships including consensual non-monogamy and kink. Please feel free to reach out to me for more info
