My ideal clients are teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or the effects of trauma. Many come to therapy after difficult life experiences such as domestic violence, life stress, or other complex trauma that continues to impact their daily lives and relationships. In therapy, we focus on understanding those experiences, strengthening emotional regulation, and building coping skills so clients can move forward with greater stability, confidence, and self-understanding.
I specialize in working with trauma and complex trauma. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches including CBT and EMDR-informed techniques to help clients process difficult experiences, manage anxiety, and develop healthier emotional and relational patterns.
