I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS), and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP). I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Saint Leo University in Savannah, GA, in 1997, and I obtained a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Saint Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, in 2001.
I aim to promote the expression of thoughts, needs, and desires as a way to foster emotional and personal growth. Each person is at a different stage in their journey when seeking therapy or counseling, and I strive to meet you where you are to help you identify goals for long-term change.
