I love working with teens and young adults—their humor, honesty, and raw vulnerability feel like such a privilege to see. I was a teacher and a GED High School coordinator for several years before I became a psychotherapist, and that experience allowed me to understand the world of children, and I bring that understanding into my work. There is something genuinely magical about the way they open when they feel safe. As a parent myself, I feel especially blessed to be part of their world and to support families as they navigate the beautiful, and sometimes complicated work of growing up together.
