I work with couples, families, and individuals of all ages, specializing in trauma and attachment work. I believe that, at any given moment, we are each doing the best that we can with our current or perceived reality. It is for this reason that I feel honored to work with people on this level. My ideal client is someone looking to understand their internal and external world better, and someone looking to heal new and old wounds at their pace. I love helping people get to a place where they feel grounded and empowered in their world.
Though I am systems and somatic-oriented at heart, my approach is collaborative based on specific needs in order to help clients grow their relationship to Self and to others, enriching their lives emotionally and mentally. I am also trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR and find this work to be immensely helpful when working on trauma and attachment wounds.
