I hope to provide an open space for clients to work towards personal and therapeutic growth in a setting that welcomes individuality and self-expression. I specialize in teens and adults (ages 16+) with a history of PTSD/Trauma who are experiencing mental health symptoms that impact daily functioning. I practice integrative psychotherapy to offer a variety of clinical skills & interventions to ensure individualized care for each client. I am here to listen, encourage and offer clinical guidance at your own readiness and pace. Please note, I have Chocolate Labrador Retriever that joins sessions periodically to also provide support!
My primary clinical experience includes inpatient and partial hospitalization programs with children & adults experiencing acute symptoms, such as intrusive thoughts, disordered eating, mood instability and self-harm. I help clients increase self-awareness around their feelings and behaviors to identify and teach interventions that support healthier coping.
I often collaborate with other healthcare professionals in my clinical work as I believe in the value of integrated care to support your physical and emotional wellbeing. I am the owner of Therapeutic Wellness Center LLC and am happy to connect you to another clinician in my group practice if I have a waitlist or am not accepting new clients at this time.
