As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I aim to help individuals strengthen their sense of self and relationships. For over ten years, I have worked with adults, children, couples, and families who have been impacted by trauma, intergenerational trauma, depression, anxiety, cognitive distortions, and problematic behaviors.I take pride in the ability to meet people where they are with love, compassion, and authenticity.
I work from a culturally dynamic, trauma-informed, psychodynamic, EMDR, DBT, and CBT approach. If you find I may be a good fit for you, after an initial consultation, I will do my best to develop a personal treatment plan based on your needs and expectations.
