Mind–Body Therapy for Trauma, Neurodivergence, & Relationship Issues. My integrative East and West, mind‑body approach, shaped by years in the VA and in a major burn trauma center, helps you understand these deeper layers with clarity and compassion so you can finally make sense of the dissonance in your life.

I work with couples who feel stuck in the same patterns or can’t seem to communicate without things escalating. In my experience, it’s rarely just the two of you in the room. Each partner brings their stress, their upbringing, their cultural influences, and the parts of themselves that learned how to protect them long before this relationship began.

Whether individually or as a couple, you’ll learn practical and effective tools for emotional regulation, relationship repair, and navigating anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions.
