I believe healing begins with being seen and heard. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, person-centered, and integrative — which means I tailor our work to fit you rather than fitting you into a specific model.
Being trauma-informed means I understand that everyone’s story carries layers of experience, and that safety, trust, and choice are essential to healing.
Because every person and every story is different, I use an integrative approach, drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, parts work, and attachment-based perspectives.
My practice is inclusive and affirming of all cultural, religious, sexual, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse identities, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing/growth can flourish.
I am a trauma trained professional who specializes in treating individuals (10+) couples and families.
