With a background in Marriage and Family Therapy, I help couples to identify relational patterns, renew connection, improve communication, manage conflict, express needs, repair emotional distance, and dissolve misunderstandings. As a trauma-informed and attachment-based clinician, I also help couples to process complex and impactful experiences.
