I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques that include empowerment and mindfulness. Together, we can identify what's working and/or not working for you, then get you where you want to be personally, as a couple or as a family.
If you're new to therapy, I appreciate how difficult it is to schedule that first appointment and I'm here to make that as easy as possible. Things I would like for you to know about me, I lost a young child and went through a divorce, I utilized several wonderful therapist and then went to college to become one myself.
I have twenty two years experience and I have worked with all ages, diversities and cultures.
